The Boca, a historical DOC created in the 1969, is a fine wine of the tradition of Novara\u2019s Hills. It born from the mix of three kind of grape: 75% of Nebbiolo, 20% of Vespolina, 5% of Uva Rara (Bonarda Novarese).<\/p>\n

A long-lived wine that must be allowed to age and that, by winery choice, matures and refines for longer than the minimum three years required by the production regulations.\nA tannic wine, rich in mineral salts, with a ruby-red color tending toward bright garnet; warm and dry on the palate, it is a full-bodied wine with a pleasant acidity, highlighting tannins that lean toward sweetness\u2014an invitation to drink, leaving the mouth clean.<\/p>\n

The current vintage of Boca DOC Il Rosso delle Donne is 2021.<\/strong>
\nThe 2017 vintage<\/strong> is still available in two versions: black label and white label<\/strong> (without added sulfites).<\/p>\n

In our cellar, we still preserve a small and precious reserve of historic vintages, dating back to<\/p>\n
