Origini bianco, was born in 2018 from the curiosity to make wine from the white grapes present in the area. Obtained through maceration on the skins for almost two weeks, the wine, with its floral scent and intense golden color, expresses the salinity and structure of a grape that is the expression of a soil rich in minerality.
The label is a detail of the painting by Mauro Maulini “Vigna vecchia, vigna nuova”.
